Phase 2, week 4, workout 2(A)

Bent rows - 120

Incline - 110

Shoulder - 60

Pull down - 40

Close bench - 120

Last day for the A workout of phase two. I gave it my all and couldn’t go up any more if I tried. One more lift on Friday and then I’m moving on. Very excited.
