Phase 5, week 2, workout 1(A)

I did the first workout on Tuesday. A lot harder this time since I had a better idea of what weight to use.

I walked/ran a mile afterwards. I actually ran a lap and a half of the four laps. Straight. I never did that before.

I also walked the two miles to the library earlier in the day.
