Planning for Special Events

It always happens to me when I attend all day training meetings or just meetings in general there is always plenty of food and I give in to temptation every time and it gets me completely off my diet then it's hard to get back on program again. Now there's Mother's Day...more eating this weekend...always some event with food.

Being aware of the problem is half the battle. Think about what you'll do before you get to the meeting or before you dine out. There are normally healthy choices available. If you make an effort to plan what you'll do before you get there then it'll be easier not to automatically reach for the foods that aren't good for you.
