There has been a bit of a buzz going around lately about the Fit Yummy Mummy Product that Holly Rigbsy has out for mums looking to get their pre-baby body back.

I must admit I have a copy of it cause I was curious as to what all the fuss was about and wanted to know if it was any good or just a bunch of rubbish.

Upon first looking at the Fit Yummy Mummy page there are a bunch of great transformation photos so that’s the first plus - Holly’s stuff works.

So some of the postives of the program:

* Only need 90 minutes a week - so ideal for busy mums short on time

* Designed from a woman who’s been there - Holly gained a massive 50 pounds (so like 25kg) and that’s a massive amount for any pregnant mum and she has been able to lose it

* Reveals just how bad fad diets are for a woman’s body

* On the whole, some very good exercise selections that use multiple muscles

* Exercise photos showing start and finish

* Video DVD of the beginners program is available as an added extra - I’m sure that’ll be popular

Any Downsides?

* I don’t agree with all the nutrition content but the stuff that Holly recommends won’t kill you

* Some crunch type exercises that may not be the best for a mums back after lifting her kids around all day and carrying a baby around for nine months. But once again, it’s not going to kill you. The crunch work is minimal

But all in all, I think it’s a very solid program that is worth trying out for any mum looking to get the pre baby body back and burn your baby fat off.
