Recipe Review: Baked Halibut with Tomatoes & Onions (Chef at Home)

Posted Jan 27 2009 8:17pm

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE fish??? And in keeping with one of my new year's resolutions to eat fish at least twice a week, I tried this recipe from Chef at Home on the Food Network. This is a fantastic recipe and soooooooo easy. I made it tonight with a side of steamed green beans and radishes. This is an incredibly healthy low point meal served like this:

Point value will vary depending on the size of the halibut steak or fillet. Try it! You can find the recipe here.
