Just wanted to note that I’m recovering a lot better these days. I’m only sore right after a workout. When I wake up the next morning I’m good to go. I don’t even remember if I noted it before but the first few days I was sore for days after a lift. The treadmill took a toll too. My legs are burning right now but I know I’ll be better in the morning.
