This recipe today is brought to you by a fellow subscriber and she wanted to share one of her favorite recipes that she uses in her healthy eating plans. It is called Stuffed Pepper Stew.
Here are the ingredients.
2lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 28oz. can tomato sauce
1 28oz. can diced tomatoes
2cups chopped green peppers
2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
Salt & Pepper to taste
2c. cooked brown rice (or 1c. instant, uncooked)
Brown meat, drain. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes. You can also place cooked ingredients into hollowed out green, yellow or red peppers or just simply enjoy as a stew.
