The best diet plan is one that fits you

Your own personal psychology and personality play a big part in dieting.

For example, are you someone who rebels against rules? Maybe it would help if you make up your own rules - your own weight loss diet plan. Then you might have less to rebel against.

Or - do you feel deprived very easily? Then make sure you don't pick a very restrictive weight loss food plan that adds to feeling deprived. A more generous food plan might take longer but you're much more likely to stay on what's a best diet for you .

Or - are you a very social person? Then a good diet tip is to include other people in your diet plan. Diet with a friend, ask for dieting support from those around you, join a diet support group.

Take stock of your own particular characteristics and ways, fit the weight loss challenge to you. Don't try and fit into a weight loss diet plan that goes against who you are.
