1. Increase your water intake.

4. Stock the fridge with fresh veggies, cut and cleaned for easy access.
5. Eat more often.
6. Eat breakfast.
7. Work protein into every meal.
8. Spice up fish and chicken with Thai, Indian, or Mexican spices.
9. Practice relaxation for stress management.
10. Add 15 minutes of exercise to your routine every week until you're up to at least 45 minutes a day -- at least five days a week.
