Weight Loss Motivation Tips

Here are some things that make it likely you will quit on yourself when you're trying to lose weight.

  • being young
  • having only a high school education
  • not losing weight early
  • having low self-esteem
  • feeling depressed
Some of these things you can't do anything about. You're stuck with who you are and where you are in time.

But take heart. the single best predictor that you'll hang in there is losing weight early in your efforts.

I guess all of us need reinforcement.
