Weight Loss

Well, I'm not doing very well for the first week into this program. I guess I like my beverages to much if you know what I mean. But I promise not to give up either.

The first week is normally the hardest. Just do the best you can every day and soon you'll see progress.

OK -- I'm committed to walking this week and who know might even jog some to add a little pain to the week. Hopefully, my numbers will start dropping. Appreciate all the support too ! You all have a great week too.

Martin -- thanks for being a great supporter. Plan to keep things rolling and hopefully, by end of summer I will have lost a few pounds. 8^)

After several years of not working out -- this week was tough but I'm determined to press on. A little pain does not hurt anyone and going to my Chiropractor once a week does the body good. I'm seeing lots of progress by some folks so this website has motivated a lot of us.
