Although I'm doing well with my exercise goal, I am having a heck of a time figuring out what I can eat. Because I have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, I am starting a low-carb diet, but I am having trouble with the rules. I could follow them if I could figure out what they are, but there is so much information on the web that I'm getting frustrated and confused.
In the past 6 months to a year, I have cut out high fructose corn syrup, caffeine, most processed foods, etc., but now I'm not sure what I can have. I regularly read labels, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
Any suggestions?
