Will you put mental exercise in your weight loss program

Here's a short exercise you may find helpful if you don't know how to go about solving a weight problem.

Finish these thoughts with the first thing that comes to mind.

  • I'm aware that my weight...
  • The worst part of my eating life is...
  • I want to stop...
  • I can stop this by...
  • I can also stop this by...
  • I can also stop this by...

The idea behind this is to loosen up your thinking so you can come up with new solutions. That's the way to break out of the rut of limited possibilities.
