Work it Out

...and work it out I did.

Compliments of the 15 Week Challenge:

30 second plank
30 regular crunches
30 second plank
30 second side plank
30 second side plank - other side
30 second plank
30 second V sit
30 Alternating Supermans

And SGBC:

1) 3 sets of Mountain climbers - 30 seconds each.

2) 2 sets of lunges and 2 sets of squats.

3) 2 of Wigg’s ab workouts each for 60 seconds - I chose Side-to-Side Abs and Flutter Kicks

Yay me!
