Ok ladies I am living proof that you can loose weight no matter what the situation. I broke my leg January 29th it is now April 29th and I have lost a total of 33 pounds. Yes, that's with a broken leg. I still cannot believe it. I feel so much better carrying less weight around on these crutches. I will take a before and after picture as soon as I can get back on my leg. I refused to let my situation get me down and gain weight. I watched every bite that went into my mouth and I eat very healthy now. Small amounts but about 7 x a day so I am never hungry. I actually crave veggies if I don't eat them for a few days. I will be so happy to get back to working out so I can tone. It's nice I wont have to focus on the weight loss and just look forward to toning up my body. I am here to give you hope that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
