New to BeWell

I'm new to the BeWell program. I'm making a goal to be more healthy, leaner and stronger. I'm using a combination of strength, cardio and ab excercises to make a fast and effective workout schedule of only 25 minutes. I've been on it for only a week, every other day. I'm going to make a goal of doing it everyday starting next Monday.
