Hi..to be honest, listen to yourself! Your innerself is always right. I will be honest to you, so be prepared. :)
According to your height of 5' 10" your ideal healthy weight is 156 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 139 and 173 pounds.
These are recommended weights. Talk with your doctor about what weight is best for you and before undertaking any new diet or exercise programs.
If you are healthy start eating a little healthier and eat only half of what you order! Try to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day, and don't eat after 8pm! (ok a salad won't hurt)
If you eat more small meals during the day (every 1 1/2 - 2 hours), your metabolism will increase and burn more fat. Don't eat less, or your body will slow down the metabolism to conserve energy!
Replace a meal with a yogurt and a banana or just a salad and drink lots of water throughout the day and bring your soda intake down to a small can or stop it completely! You will notice a difference within a week. Go slow with the adjustments, you don't need to starve while doing this.
Now, if you start exercising, you don't have to right now, but consider it later to keep the bad stuff off, I would recommend a personal trainer for a month until you know how to exercise right, and then you can do it on your own! But like I said it doesn't have to be now, but it would "lighten" you up even quicker. :)

Spider :)Awesome 10lbs in 3 weeks, are you kidding that is great. You don't want to lose weight to quick either. I suggest you get some stretch tubings at a local sporting good store. Now buy only the ones that come with a training plan inside. Do that 3 times a week and you will burn even more calories. Those stretch tubings don't cost much, about $ 20-25.00.
Exercising with stretch tubings is like working out with free-weights. Since you have a bench already you might use it with them tubings.
You should also start to switch to 1 or 2 "healthy" meals a day that contain more protein. Example: 1/2 a chicken breast with veggies (makes one meal) that's it. Another example is 1 banana & 1 fat free yogurt of your choice, and drink lot's of water. For now, try to do that and keep going with the rest you do. Give yourself a day off during the week or on the weekend. The weight will come of slowly and healthy. Trust me, it won't happen over night, take your time! You remeber the famous saying "Rome wasn't built in 1 day either".

spider :)Yes, Big 5 or Sports Authority any sporting good store should have them. Take your time with the wqeight loss, it is healthier that way. You can do it! :)

I've been trying to lose weight for 3 months now, with no success. My friends and family all tell me that I'm fine and that I do not need to lose weight. But I do go out a lot, and a lot of people say stuff about my weight.
