bleeding from anas, pain in stomache, back ache, what is this possibly

bleeding from anas befor milding, problems passing stool (had diariah for a month, just started having a regualr stool), stomach pain, mild cramping, back ache, dont know if this is related but i have head aches (migrane prone) and nausia, and i have a dry very painful cough
