Here are more reasons why we should enjoy our eggs, sausages and croissant. I recently read that people who ate more in the morning ate less overall and gained less weight than those who skip breakfast. In a two different study, Texas researchers found out that people who eat 1 calorie less per day for every extra calorie they consume at breakfast. And UK researchers also found out that those who had 25 to 50% of their calories in the morning gained just over one and a half pounds.
