Can Anyone tell Me what is Venous Varsa Dorsum of the foot.?

Hi,
I had swelling in my right foot fot the past 7-8 months. Earlier doctor tod me that I have stress fracture. I was going for Physiothreapy, But no relief
I changed the doctor and he asked me to go in for MRI. Now MRI says I have Venous Varsa Dorsum of the foot measuring 2.8cm*2cM*1cm.
My doctor is not available to comment. He will be back onlynext week. Can anybody help?
