Could my IUD be causing me to pink watery discharge hours after intercourse?

Lately I've noticed a wave of headaches and dizzyness. Also Hours after intercouse I have almost like a slow leaking faucet like discharge that's pink with some blood. It dosen't last very long but it's only after sex with my husband, and we have a monogamous relationship. This began after I had the Mirena IUD placed in me like a month after I had my first son.
