Does Tamiflu contradict the Plan B emergency contraception pill?

I had sex the other night, the next morning I caught swine. I am on Tamiflu and want to take Plan B, will it still work with the Tamiflu pills? If not, how long after I take the tamiflu pill will it be out of my system?
