I have a cold with a minor cough, and recently I have developed chest pains, but I am not sure if they are heart burn or not.

I am a 24 year old female, and am reasonably fit, but there is history of heart attack and heart disease on both sides of my parent's families, my dad recently had a heart attack at 52 years old.
My chest pains have happened at various times of the day/night, and sometimes are several hours after eating, and sometimes immediately after eating. Antacids (Tums) are not working, and the pain does not subside for approximately an hour. I am also having aching in my lower arms, from my elbows to my hands whenever I have chest pains. What could this be from?
