I have odd symptoms and no idea what it could be?

Hi there! I recently started noticing some odd symptoms and found out that my husband has been cheating. I also has a little cold with a low grade fever and mucus- but not sure if they are related or not:
I am 30, smoke sometimes, I have enlarged tastebuds in the back of my tongue, a little film that kinds whitish on there too. I also broke out in really bad acne and never usually have any zits. My acne seems kind of oozy though...doesnt hurt when I pee? period was regular last month? Could this be a possible STD or some type of throat infection?
