Light Bleeding/spotting for 7 days now!

I have been like clock work with my periods my whole life. A few months ago i started my period a couple weeks early(which is completely abnormal for me) but i didnt think to much about it.  Well this month i started having light spotting on the 12th and have continued to have light spotting until now.  I still have not started my full period and this concerns me a bit.  I am not on birth control due to bad migraines.  i am sexual active with my partner but we always use protection.  Please help!
