My cervix is tender and I'm having sharp pains in the ab/ovary area

6 mo's ago I had a Leep proceedure. Just had a follow up, the Dr says everything is back to normal. During the exam the swab touched my cervix and then the pelvic exam, my cervix felt very tender.
I also have constant ab crampy with sharp pains in the ab/ovary area. I woke up in the middle of the night and realize I've been living with this pain.
