sometimes when I am out in public, my feet strat burning and itching all of a sudden and I get nervous. What can cause this I do

Sometimes when I am out in public my feet start to feel itchy and on fire. I start to feel nervous and unsteady. I do not know what cvould be casuing this I do have thyroid disease that is not completely under control, and anxiety issues that the doctor says could be caused by my thyroid acting up. Any ideas
