sore throat, severe headache, slight fever, throaty cough. What is it?

These symptoms just started yesterday, and have gotten much worse during the night and today. I am tired, have an ongoing severe headache, a fever of 99.4, a raw sore throat that I believe is swollen, a cough that hurts and gives me chest pain, and a lack of apetite. What is it?
