vaginal discharge and small breasts

Hi I am a 26 yr old unmarried woman. I have been ecperiencing some type of vaginal discharge for a long time. The discharge attimes is creamy fluid and some times it is a bit thick. I also have extrmely small breasts and was wondering if these two are interrelated. I got my hormones checked and they are normal. IS something wrong with me? PLease Help!!
