What can cause a menstraul cycle not to stop?

I am 36 yrs old and have not stoped bleeding in a year. I have had all kinds of test ran and have taken all kinds of meds. from progestrone to clomed. Nothing works. It is heavy and I have to wear a depends to go in public and sometimes at home, depends on how active I am being at home. I am get very tired easily and sometimes I get very painful shooting pains in my lower abdm. where my uterus and ovaries are. I just want it to stop and I haven't found anyone who will do a hestorectomy either. I do not have children. One mescarriage, one etopic and one premature birth. What else can I do?
