Will a medrol dose pack effect my birth control or my periods?

I was bit by a brown recluse about a month and a half ago. I was placed on Keflex and a Medrol dose pack. I had a normal period while taking the medicine. Since then I have had on and off bleeding since. Not very heavy, but enough to notice and that is not normal to me. I was just wondering if it could have been caused by the medication?
