l\\\coughing up blood

i work with industrial paint and some times when it is blasted i dont have my respirator on and today i didnt have it on and now i have a sore right lung that hurts when i breathe in all the way.  I was also coughin gup blood before finishing work, is this from the paint exposure we use urathane and other various paints that i know are harmful to health.  I also smoke but havr not noticed any ssignificant problem as i am only 22 and fit and have only smoked 2 years if even.  Possible lung disease maybe or just over exposure to chemicals..?
