Friday!!!

Ashtanga yoga happened this morning. I did the 30 minute practice from Dawid Swensons Ashtanga practice manual. It was a very modified version since my chest muscles doesn't like to be used yet. I was stiff, having only done the chakra practice for some days now. It was good to streeeetch the muscles. I focused on working a lot on my base. Strong leg muscles with deeeeep leg positions and focus on tucking the tail bone in. This felt good considering the full moon energy now present. My balance was better but still a little shaky.

I long for getting a lot of fresh air so tomorrow I will do a lot of leg practice outside, walking up and down a hill, after morning yoga of course.

Company breakfast was great and will happen once a month.
