
"I embody the perfect balance of surrender and action." Reading through the blog Yogadiva's divine life, this affirmation spoke the most to me. The balance comes when you can embody both. I still have some ways to go. Keeping this in mind and meditate on it might help me a bit further.
Last night I was in bed at 10 pm. The first step is taken. I looked for window shades yesterday that will completely make it dark in the room. They have some on Ikea. I even found white once. That`s a relief. I'm not into black.
I focused on surrender and action for todays practice.
Breathing out surrendering, relaxing. In Savasana I realize that it is more the surrendering I have to focus on. I'm quite tens. To be relaxed in the center even when in action.
In Suryanamaskara B; the deep leg bends the past week has paid of, I'm stronger and there is a better stretch in the back of my my calf's.
In the finishing meditation, kundalini was travelling so beautifully up the spine. Breath automatically slows down. Each breath cycle about one minute, enjoying the pause between breathing in and out immensely. I sens a dens sadness when kundalini is reaching into 4th dimension, I observe but can't see the cause. I'ts not from within me. Maybe it will get clear during the day.
