
Your teacher should be modifying your practice based on both your condition and your pharmaceuticals. If that person cannot, then consider that you may not have the appropriate teacher for you.
Generally speaking, I would make sure the treating physician has cleared the student for yoga (and understands what that involves). Such a student typically avoids inversions - Sirsasana, Sarvangasana, Pincha Mayurasana, Adho Mukha Vrksasana, Halasana, and Adho Mukha Svanasana.

pseudoexfoliation glaucoma controlled with lumigan; worried about whether I'd increase IOP with exercise (recently began yoga, which I enjoy). Have read about avoiding inversion poses, but don't know which poses beyond headstand, shoulder stand, plough. Does timing of eyedrops have any effect on IOP during exercise??
