YogaYou in Cabot, AR is hosting a Yoga retreat in the rainforest of Costa Rica February 14-19, 2009. Registered yoga teacher, Sharla Holladay will be teaching yoga classes daily.
Other included activities include kayaking, horseback riding and meditation.
All inclusive of organic meals and accommodation rates start at only $727 for five nights!
