Was a bit lazy on Monday, but managed to walk to and froma soccer match, then at the half did a 15 min power walk. After the game was over, headed back to the gym for 35 minutes of cascade hills on the elliptical. Overall kicked my butt.
So many times we beat ourselves up for not doing an hour at the gym. But they're finding now that you can do your exercise in bits over the course of the day and it's very effective. I personally think it's a great way to keep your metabolism fired up and to fight those drops in energy through the day..
